Inception is seeking a dynamic and driven Manager of Operations to lead and support cross-functional, multi-site projects across the Operations team. Reporting directly to the COO, this role will work closely with both the COO and SVP of Operations to oversee initiatives spanning the Prelude Network and all ancillary businesses.
The Manager of Operations will play a hybrid role as both a project manager and an operational resource. They will attend meetings alongside senior leadership, create action plans, design deliverables, and manage project implementation to ensure operational goals and targets are met. This role requires someone who can capture and communicate ideas effectively, execute action plans with precision, and drive results.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and experience in physician relationship management, collaborating with clinicians and business professionals, and solving tactical, cross-functional challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the COO and SVP of Operations to lead and manage projects across the Operations team, Prelude Network, and ancillary businesses.
- Attend leadership meetings, capture and synthesize feedback, and translate ideas into actionable plans.
- Design deliverables, set timelines, and manage the execution of projects to ensure goals and targets are achieved.
- Serve as a liaison between business and clinical teams, fostering collaboration to solve tactical and cross-functional problems.
- Support initiatives focused on improving patient experience, clinical excellence, and operational outcomes.
- Monitor progress on action plans, provide regular updates to leadership, and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinicians, and business professionals to align operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Familiarity with physician relationship management and working with clinicians and business professionals.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and follow through on multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and updates.
