⚡️ YOUR MISSION
We are seeking a skilled, entrepreneurial and performance-driven Paid Media Specialist to join our femtech startup as an integral part of our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility through strategic management of paid media campaigns and growth initiatives. This is both strategy and operations: we want you to collaboratively develop the strategy together and then you would be hands-in the platforms optimizing, iterating, scaling to success.
In this role you will:
Develop and execute effective paid media strategies across channels including Google Ads, Meta (FB/IG), TikTok and other relevant platforms.
Manage and optimize SEA (Search Engine Advertising) and PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns to ensure cost efficiency and high ROI.
Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to maximize campaign performance.
Monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce ad creatives, including graphics, videos, and other promotional materials.
Stay updated on trends in digital advertising and identify new opportunities for growth.
Test and implement new platforms, ad formats, and campaign strategies to drive continuous improvement.
Develop and present performance insights and recommendations to leadership.
ABOUT YOU
Essential to have:
3-4 years of experience in paid media management, digital marketing, or a related role.
Deep direct to consumer experience.
Strong expertise in SEA and PPC, with hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
High proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Sheets and Excel.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and an eye for detail.
Native German speaker with fluency in English.
Nice to have:
At least 2 Excel spreadsheets open in the background as you read this.
Experience in the femtech, healthtech, or wellness sectors.
Familiarity with other advertising platforms such as TikTok, Pinterest, Taboola or LinkedIn.
Understanding of SEO principles and how they complement paid media strategies.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo).
A passion for data and experimentation, with a track record of testing and learning in digital campaigns.
