Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Licenses: Current New Mexico RN license or Compact state license; BLS Certification required within 2 weeks of hire.
- Skills: Knowledge of patient rights, clear communication, and age-appropriate care.
- Experience: Supervised by Patient Care Director or Manager.
- Environment: Exposure to infectious diseases; flexible working hours.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to handle emergencies, extensive standing/walking, and manual dexterity.
