Job Overview
This post will support day-to-day supervision for the vaccination workforce in each locality and will be responsible for planning, scheduling and delivery of the vaccination outreach service to address vaccine equity across the ABUHB footprint.
This will involve the use of local intelligence and behavioural insight to improve uptake in hard-to-reach groups of all ages.
The post holder will have exceptional communication skills, a passion for person-centred individual care and the desire to support the teams professional growth at every level.
