Position Summary:
The Clinic Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the activities within the dermatology clinic, ensuring the clinic's overall success, including financial performance and the delivery of high-quality and safe healthcare services. The Clinic Manager will actively lead their team, create efficient operations, and ensure a positive patient experience.
You have:
- Previous experience in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a medical management position.
- Strong understanding of medical billing and EMR systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and billing.
- Thrive in fast paced environments and are able to adapt to new challenges.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to implement effective solutions.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Technical proficiency with relevant software and tools.
- Empathetic and know how to build trust with the team and patients.
- You are passionate about skin and skin health!
What you will be doing:
- Operational Management: Ensure smooth clinic operations for medical and cosmetic dermatology through efficient processes, proper staffing, and optimal patient flow. Flexibility to jump in where needed and lend a hand.
- Workforce and Culture Management: Foster physician satisfaction, build MOA engagement, and cultivate a resilient, team-driven culture.
- Patient Experience and Compliance: Improve patient satisfaction, maintain compliance with regulations, policies, and internal standards.
- Problem Solving: Resolve operational challenges, implement new technologies/process improvements, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Strategic Planning: Develop plans to meet long-term clinic goals, manage staff responsibilities, and encourage professional development.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfort with Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and Accuro EMR.
- Financial Oversight: Meet EBITDA targets by adapting staffing and other expenses. Ensure accurate and timely billing.
- Billing and Insurance: Manage medical billing processes. Ensure accurate billing, rejections, remittance, and collection of payments, and address patient inquiries regarding invoices.

- Monday to Friday
- 40 hours per week
