Job Description:- Coordinate nursing care for patients of all ages.- Lead in patient and family teaching.- Provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel.- Focus on outcomes in patient care and maintain standards for professional nursing practice.- Be responsible for the coordination of interdisciplinary functions.- Manage resources to ensure quality patient care.- Serve as a role model for exhibiting Behavioral Standards and Customer Service expectations.- Some on-call duty required, with every other weekend rotation.- Holiday availability: No Christmas or New Year time off. Please ensure all scheduling requests are made prior to submission. Additionally, candidates must reside outside of a 100-mile radius from the facility location.
