An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Registered Nurse within the Anaesthetic specialty to join our team. As the Clinical Nurse Educator, you will collaborate with the Perioperative Management Team to create education plans, form preceptor partnerships, and empower staff to develop and meet the needs of the service. The Clinical Nurse Educator is part of the leadership team and ensures the Anaesthetics service is achieving the highest standards of patient care while promoting continuous improvement. The successful candidate will provide direct supervision at the point of care and contribute to a culture of quality, safety, and professional development; having a direct impact on the professional growth of our nursing staff.

Wollongong Hospital, located on Dharawal Country, is the Illawarra Shoalhaven’s major referral and teaching hospital and has a bed-base count of more than 500. - Current relevant registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
