We have an opening for a full-time, full-scope
Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) at our Southside OB/GYN practice in Mooresville, IN.
- Full-Scope CNM - Triage, Clinic, Hospital L&D, ED as needed.
- Weekend Call can be taken from home (within 30 minute response time).

- Mooresville Provider Team: 3 Ob/Gyn Physicians, 1 NP, & Growing
- Office Location: Mooresville
- Hospital Affiliation: Franciscan Hospital
Qualifications:
- Indiana CNM license, APRN Prescriptive Authority, CSR, & DEA.
- Former experience as a full-scope CNM.
- Flexibility to cross-cover in Indianapolis as needed.
