Pride Health is hiring an Application Clinical Analyst to support our client’s medical facility based in Newport Beach, CA. Length of Assignment – 10 Months (Possibility of Extension)
Pay Range - $60 - $65 an hour
Shift Time :: 7am to 5:00PM
Job Description:
The Applications Analyst configures, tests, implements, and supports critical clinical systems. The role ensures data and application integrity while resolving issues and supporting enhancements. You will collaborate with end-users, vendors, and technical teams to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Manage system configurations (e.g., dictionaries, profiles).
- Communicate system enhancements to vendors.
- Test configurations and new releases.
- Collaborate with end-users on report design.
- Support interface files and data flow.
- Assist with 3rd-party application maintenance (e.g., Epic integration).
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience with relevant clinical systems.
- 3+ years in a healthcare environment (acute care preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Experience with hospital 3rd-party applications (e.g., Nurse Call, Fetal Monitoring, Patient Engagement).
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Epic systems and integration with 3rd-party applications.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
