JOB KNOWLEDGE - The Extent To Which The Employee Demonstrates Technical And Professional Knowledge Of Job Requirements And Takes Personal Responsibility To Maintain And Improve That Knowledge:
- The employee is able to fulfill all of the requirements of the job assigned in a satisfactory manner as demonstrated by:
- Maintaining patient flow - obtaining chief complaint, height, weight, BP, LMP and giving provider reports according to clinic guidelines
- Assisting with procedures, providing chaperones for difficult patients and male providers
- Completing point of care testing when indicated, including urinalysis, pregnancy test, rapid trichamonas testing
- Cleaning and disinfecting rooms between patients
- Matching lab/imaging results to patient charts for provider review
- Completing school and work notes, WIC forms
- Sending normal lab and cytology results letters
- Stocking rooms
- Sterilizing instruments
- Stocking clinic forms and consents.
- Preparing prenatal packets
- Ordering medical supplies
- Helping maintain an orderly and clean work environment
- Respect and guard client confidentiality
- Other administrative and clinical tasks as assigned by the OBGYN Clinical Manager
