We are currently looking for an IVF Laboratory Supervisor to join our IVF Lab team at our Boviteq Madison, Wisconsin location. In this role you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for an IVF Laboratory and leading a team of technicians in the production of bovine IVF embryos.
What you will do:

Overall supervision of laboratory operations and staff

Provide guidance and direction in the management of production objectives, prioritization, and non-compliance

Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, SOPs, KPIs, budgets, and schedules
-
Analyze and communicate the lab activity monthly reports
What you need to be successful:
-
Previous management experience
-
5 years’ experience working in an IVF Production Laboratory

Strong leadership and communication skills
-
Excellent problem-solving skills
-
Bachelor’s degree in biotechnologies or other related field required
