Role Overview:
The Marketing Executive will be pivotal in driving revenue growth and elevating the Lumi Health brand. You will be responsible for managing partnership activations, developing and executing marketing campaigns, overseeing media planning, and enhancing our digital presence. Your expertise in direct-to-consumer marketing will be key to shaping customer journeys and optimising sales cycles.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with external agencies, develop compelling brand narratives, and ensure seamless content management across various platforms. Your creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills will be essential in executing effective marketing strategies that resonate with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth & Campaign Management: with support from leadership, execute targeted marketing campaigns to increase revenue and drive customer acquisition.
- Partnership Activations: work with key partners to activate marketing initiatives that align with business goals.
- Digital Media Management: maintain digital media channels, including social media, online ads, email marketing, and digital content, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
- Direct Marketing & Database Management: Lead direct marketing efforts, manage customer databases, and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
- Website Content Management: contribute to optimising the website content to ensure it is engaging, relevant, and aligned with brand messaging.
- Agency Relations: Maintain strong relationships with external agencies, ensuring timely execution of marketing plans and campaigns.
- Storytelling & Narrative Development: Craft compelling narratives and messaging that engage customers and effectively communicate the Lumi Health brand.
- Brand Enhancement: Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of the Lumi Health brand profile.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in marketing, specifically with direct-to-consumer organisations. Experience working in the health and wellness industry is a plus.
- Qualifications: A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Skills:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong storytelling ability, with a knack for creating engaging and persuasive content.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective time management and organisational skills.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools.
