Job Title: Director of Business Development
Location: Half Remote/Half In-Person – Vera Health and Fertility Clinic

Position Summary:
The Director of Business Development will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Vera Health and Fertility. This individual will develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance clinic revenue, expand outreach, and improve patient satisfaction. In addition to spearheading marketing and growth strategies, the Director will also perform select administrative duties, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and meaningful patient interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Business Growth- Develop and implement outreach and marketing strategies that align with the clinic's holistic and life-affirming mission.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities, including partnerships, community events, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Set measurable goals for revenue growth and patient acquisition, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
Outreach and Marketing- Build and nurture relationships with community organizations, churches, and potential referral sources.
- Oversee the creation of promotional materials and social media content that reflect the clinic’s values and mission.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making.
Patient Satisfaction- Develop programs and initiatives to enhance the patient experience and encourage long-term loyalty.
- Gather and analyze patient feedback to inform improvements to clinic services and processes.
- Serve as a representative of the clinic, embodying its compassionate and holistic approach to care.
Administrative Support- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide friendly and efficient patient communication.
- Assist with daily operations to ensure a welcoming and organized clinic environment.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
- A deep passion for women’s health and alignment with the clinic’s life-affirming, Christian, and holistic values.
- Proven experience in business development, marketing, or a related field, preferably within healthcare or wellness.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems is a plus.
- A background in healthcare administration or women’s health is preferred but not required.
