Maternal Child Health & Immunisation Administration Support Officer
Permanent Part time – 3 days per week
As a Maternal & Child Health & Immunisation Administration Support Officer, you will assist with administration and reception support to the Maternal & Child Health & Immunisation programs.
The role requires someone who is able to present with a professional manner who has a friendly, empathetic, helpful approach and likes working with families with young children and babies from diverse backgrounds.
Full availability for some sessional work which consists of a couple of evenings and at least one Saturday morning each month is an inherent requirement of this role.
You will have excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills and be competent in Microsoft Office applications. Training in our specialised software programs, the immunisation schedule and emergency procedures will be offered, however, you need to hold a current Victorian Driver’s licence, a Working with Children Check and clear police check.
