Selection qualities looking for in the individual:
1. An enthusiatic team member that is a self-starter
2. Assertive in daily conversations; willing to negotiate
3. High-level of knowledge about Holstein genetics and other dairy breeds (beef breeds is a plus)
4. Good communication skills
5. Ability to uphold the image of the company and be an asset to the team
Job duties will consist of the following but not limited to:
1. Analyze weekly list and aggressively source bulls for AI Total BV and clients internationally
2. Manage bull contracts
3. Oversee bulls available through AiDol+/ERS program in the US
4. Client tours and embryo sourcing
5. Act as an ambassador for AI Total US and other brands within Genetics Consolidated.
