Talent FAQ
IVF Nomads is open to all professionals worldwide.
No, joining and using the platform is completely free for professionals.
Create your account and set your profile to public, allowing employers to find you and send direct offers for full-time, part-time, contract, or freelance roles—whether remote or on-site. You can showcase your hourly rate, availability, and expertise to attract flexible work opportunities that match your skills.
You can decide to make your profile public or private with a single click on your profile checkbox. If you register with this checkbox unselected, there is no way for any employers to find you on our platform, and your registration will be completely private.
The platform is self-service, with employers and freelancers directly communicating to arrange work, payments, and agreements. IVF Nomads acts only as a medium for connecting both parties. Subscribed employers can view open profiles in the talent database along with contact details in a profile such as phone number, email, and LinkedIn profile for a direct contact. You can view how your profile looks from the employer's side in the blog published on March 1st.
Travel and lodging arrangements are decided between you and the employer, but clients are encouraged to cover these costs for short-term projects.
You may work on-site in other countries if permitted by your nationality or if you have a valid work visa. Look for jobs with a "Visa Sponsored", "Remote", or "Freelancing" tag for international work. Remote freelancing typically does not require work authorization.
For freelance opportunities, employers handle all hiring arrangements directly. IVF Nomads supports during hiring processes only for talents recruited by IVF Nomads via ReadyHire or AdminPro.
