Your Family Fertility is a medical practice focused on family building. This growing practice is looking for candidates who are adaptable, self-motivated, and are able to be flexible with the fast paced environment of fertility care.

Position Requirements:

· Collaborate with clinical and lab staff to help with patient flow

· Accompany the physician into patient exam room and office and document all physician related elements of the visit within the electronic health record

· Medical Scribe documentation will include but not be limited to new patient visits, pre-visit intake notes, follow up notes, consents, procedure room notes, etc

· Must maintain patient confidentiality at all times, plan to cross train in reception to help learn the various aspects within the office.

· Review past clinical notes and old records to ensure everything is prepared for next scheduled visit

· Help with formulation of templates

· Help with extraction of information from notes, labs, old records, etc.

· Maybe asked when necessary, to step into other roles within the office to help with flow and patient care.

· Help establish rapport with patients

· Assist and support reception/ lab/ and billing team members when necessary

· Assist in sending out all consultation letters to referring physician/ provider

Qualifications:

· Associates degree in health related field or equivalent

Ideal Candidate with bachelor’s degree and/ or pre-med applicants encouraged to apply
Medent Experience a plus

· Ability to accurate type 60 words per minute

· Ability to concentrate and focus on tasks until completion while sitting/ standing throughout the day

· Ability to effectively communicate with patients, family members, team members, manager, and physician

· Demonstrate multi-tasking skills in a fast paced environment while staying organized, efficient, and professional at all times

Experience In Medent or electronic health records preferred for this position

Salary commensurate with experience as a medical scribe

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
