We are looking for a dynamic full time Medical Assistant and Front Desk receptionist to grow within our Middle Village location. The medical assistant must possess or have experience in the following.

GYN Experience Preferred

Strong Phlebotomy skills
Insurance verification
Front office and back end
Professional and Responsible
Sterilize Instruments
Know how to Multitask
Self Starter
Can assist our providers with in office procedures.
Must be assertive and be able to manage time adequately.
Able to work efficiently in a face paced environment.

Our standard weekday practice hours will be 10am to 6pm, with a clock-in by 9:30am. And weekend practice hours are 10am to 2pm, with a clock-in by 9:30am. The practice hours are for patient care only, and employees are expected to complete all tasks before leaving, depending on overall volume and staffing levels the clock-out time can be between 6-9pm on weekdays and between 3-5pm on weekends. However, total hours per week are carefully managed to a total of 40 hours.
