We are looking for a new MOA to join our team. We are looking for a candidate to work Thursdays and Fridays, from approximately 9am to 5pm.

We have flexibility regarding experience, start dates, and compensation.

Responsibilities

Greet patients and manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and answering multi-line phone systems.
Maintain and update electronic medical records accurately.
Assist with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations.
Utilize medical terminology MedAccess EMR to enhance patient care.
Provide support in a family medicine practice that also covers Primary Care Obstetrics.

Qualifications could include:

Medical office experience
Proficiency in electronic medical records systems
Strong front desk and administrative skills
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems (Telus Business Connect / Ring Central)
Knowledge of medical terminology
Experience with Med Access or another EMR
Previous role as a dental receptionist, veterinary offices, other medical settings, etc.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
