Position Title: Full-Time Nurse Clinician

Wage Range: $37–$50/hour (depending on your credentials/experience)

Credentials Required: Must be licensed in Ontario as a Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Practical Nurse (RPN), or Nurse Practitioner (NP)

This full-time role focuses on conducting patient assessments and delivering treatments for a male patient population aged 20 to 90. Comfort and professionalism in a clinic focused exclusively on men’s sexual health is essential.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, well-spoken, adaptable, and independent, with strong interpersonal and clinical skills suited to this highly specialized field.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough medical and physical assessments.
Deliver evidence-based treatments for patients with Erectile Dysfunction and Peyronie’s Disease.
Complete accurate charting and maintain clinical documentation.
Manage client follow-ups, treatment scheduling, and payment coordination.
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care with discretion and professionalism.
Communicate clearly with patients of all ages, ensuring comfort and addressing questions with sensitivity.
Educate and empower patients to understand their condition and treatment options.
Work independently while upholding the clinic’s standards of care.

Qualifications & Experience

Active nursing license in Ontario: RN, RPN, or NP.
Minimum of 5–10 years of clinical nursing experience (sexual/reproductive health experience an asset).
Proven ability to work effectively with male patients of diverse ages and backgrounds.
Comfortable providing hands-on treatment in a one-on-one setting.
Demonstrated sensitivity and maturity when supporting men with vulnerable health concerns.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Independent, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
