Job Title: Case Coordinator – Surrogacy Agency

Job Summary:

The Case Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the surrogacy process from matching through post-birth. Acting as the main point of contact, the coordinator ensures a smooth, compassionate, and legally compliant experience for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Case Management

Guide intended parents and surrogates through each phase of the surrogacy process.
Coordinate medical, legal, psychological, and logistical aspects of the case.
Maintain timelines and ensure all milestones are met (e.g., medical screenings, legal contracts, embryo transfer, etc.).

2. Communication & Support

Serve as the primary liaison between the surrogate, intended parents, clinic, attorneys, and other professionals.
Provide emotional support, education, and resources to both surrogates and intended parents.
Facilitate clear and compassionate communication between all parties.

3. Documentation & Compliance

Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and properly filed (legal contracts, medical clearance, insurance policies).
Monitor compliance with agency policies, clinic protocols, and relevant state or international laws.

4. Coordination & Scheduling

Schedule appointments (medical, legal, psychological).
Coordinate travel, if necessary, for surrogates or intended parents.
Track progress and keep all parties informed of key developments.

5. Post-Birth Support

Assist with hospital planning and birth logistics.
Coordinate post-birth legal processes (e.g., parental rights, birth certificates).
Follow up post-birth for well-being and feedback.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Public Health, or related field (preferred).
Experience in surrogacy, fertility, or healthcare industries is highly valued.
Understanding of reproductive medicine, legal and ethical issues surrounding surrogacy.

Working Conditions:

Full-time, often with flexible hours due to coordination across time zones.

Bonus Skills or Certifications:

Experience with case management software or CRM tools.
Certification in case management or fertility counseling.
Multilingual abilities. ( Spanish or Mandarin Preferred)
