Reproductive America is seeking to fill three positions for an experienced IVF Coordinator to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will help guide patients through their fertility journey while managing treatment cycles and coordinating care. Candidates must be experienced with 3rd Party Reproduction.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate all aspects of patient care for infertility patients, including Donors/ Surrogates, and Intended Parents:

Collaborate with all patients, IPs, Donors/Surrogates / Agencies, Embryology (IVF Lab Staff), pharmacies, financial coordinators, and others as necessary to coordinate patient’s complete care.
Infertility Experience plus Prior experience in 3rd Party Coordination is essential for this position. The preferred candidate must have a minimum of one year of experience working as an Infertility coordinator.
Knowledge of FDA requirements and guidelines is a requirement for this position
Provide patient education with regard to medications and injections
Perform routine phlebotomy functions and injections
Assist physicians with minor in-office surgical procedures (Hysteroscopy and Biopsy procedures)
Current Basic Life Support Certification
Excellent time-management, customer service, and critical-thinking skills
Ability to rotate weekend hours if needed
Ability to be on call after hours for urgent patient calls
Excellent work ethic with the ability to work independently
Must be organized and a team player

Required Education:

Minimum MA license/education

IVF Coordinator w/ 3rd Party Experience
EMR
MS OFFICE

Language required:

FLUENT IN ENGLISH
Fluency in Spanish is a plus
