Established private practice is seeking a Medical Administrative Receptionist to join our team in Trumbull, CT. The primary function of this position is to provide overall administrative support for the front office. Experience in women's health and/or infertility a plus. Duties to include but not limited to: answer incoming calls, schedule patients for appointments to guide patient through treatment cycle, maintain daily schedules, set up new patient charts, collect co-pays.

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and eager to learn, to join our team. Must have reliable work ethic. Must be professional, compassionate and have strong ethics. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills, highly detail oriented and organized. Ability to work individually and within a team. Must be able to multi task (fast paced office) and understand medical protocols and information. Must have 3 years of relevant work experience.
