Northwest Women’s Care is a growing and compassionate obstetric and gynecology practice providing exceptional care for women at all stages of life. Conveniently located across the street from Banner Del Webb Labor and Delivery and Medical Center, we are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Medical Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.

Established 5 years ago and steadily growing.
Currently, our team includes 2 front office staff, 2 providers (DO & PA), and 2 medical assistants.
We specialize in routine women’s health, gynecologic concerns, and pregnancy care.
Our office is open Monday–Friday, with shorter hours on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome patients and visitors warmly in a professional manner.
Answer and manage a high volume of phone calls, providing information and taking messages.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments while managing calendars for multiple staff members to ensure smooth and efficient workflow throughout the practice.
Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Scan charts, faxes, and maintain accurate patient records.
Check insurance eligibility and benefits.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area.
Provide support to other co-workers as needed

Requirements:

Previous front desk or administrative experience (medical/dental office experience preferred).
Knowledge of insurance processes is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Google Suite is a bonus.
Experience with Elation EMR is helpful, though training will be provided.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Friendly demeanor and ability to maintain professionalism in a busy environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Work Hours:

Full-time position, 8:15 AM – 5:30 PM (45-minute lunch; start time may vary between 7:30–8:30 AM).
Office hours are Monday–Thursday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM) and Friday (8:00 AM – 2:00 PM).
Closed on weekends.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a stipend for scrubs.
