Job Summary
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first and last point of contact for our clinic, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Duties
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify insurance information and collect co-payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Assist with medical records management and data entry tasks

Skills
- Comfort with electronic medical records preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong typing skills including 10-key typing
- Familiarity with health information management and medical coding
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently at the front desk

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
