Busy fertility practice looking to hire an experienced and dependable Front Desk Medical Receptionist with excellent organizational and administrative skills to join our team. Eligible candidate must be able to perform several front desk duties in a professional and timely manner. Some of these duties include greeting and scheduling patients, appointment reminders, answering and routing phone calls, posting charges and collecting payments. Candidate may also be trained on the financial facets of in vitro fertilization (IVF). This may include consulting patients on their insurance coverage for IVF as well as their out-of-pocket cost, obtaining authorizations for IVF procedures and collecting payment for IVF. This position is fast paced, requires superior customer service skills and attention to detail. Applicant will be required to commute to other locations for their scheduled weekend hours. (Warren)
