Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to join our reproductive healthcare team. This role supports both clinical and administrative functions, contributing directly to patient care in a fast-paced fertility practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform venipuncture, record vital signs, and assist with procedures
Clean, stock, and maintain exam and procedure rooms
Sterilize instruments and manage equipment maintenance
Guide patient flow and support physicians throughout daily schedules
Provide injection instructions and patient education
Answer phones, coordinate care with satellite offices, and manage records
Maintain accurate supply inventory and ensure timely reordering
Handle filing, scanning, and logging of lab results and documentation
Maintain compliance with HIPAA and infection control standards

Qualifications:

Certified Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist
Prior experience in a clinical setting strongly preferred
Previous exposure to fertility or reproductive health is a plus
Strong communication and multitasking abilities
Physically able to lift 25 lbs, bend, and stay on your feet during shifts

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
