Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Women Wellness Specialist. This role focuses on promoting health and wellness among women through various programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of women's health issues and a commitment to empowering women to lead healthier lives. You will work closely with clients to provide guidance, support, and education on wellness practices.

Duties

Develop and implement wellness programs tailored specifically for women, addressing physical, mental, and emotional health.
Conduct workshops and seminars on topics such as nutrition, fitness, stress management, and reproductive health.
Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to help clients set and achieve their wellness goals.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
Create educational materials and resources that promote women's health awareness.
Maintain accurate records of client progress and program effectiveness.
Stay updated on the latest research and trends in women's health to continually improve program offerings.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Nutrition, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in wellness coaching or health education is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse groups of women.
Knowledge of women's health issues and wellness practices.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Certification in wellness coaching or related fields is a plus.

Pay: $24.31 - $29.28 per hour
