Fifth Avenue Fertility Wellness, an Upper East Side prestigious and rapidly growing practicespecializing in holistic reproductive health, is looking for a part-time administrative assistant to join our team. We provide extremely private, personalized care for our patients, and our services include acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutritional guidance and lifestyle evaluation.

We are looking for someone with the following qualities:

- Very strong attention to detail

- Polished and professional demeanor

- Passionate about health and holistic medicine

- Personal integrity and dependability- Caring and positive outlook and attitude

The position entails:

- General office administration (scheduling, multiple phone lines, checking out patients, etc.)

- Patient Interaction (phone, email, and in-office)

- Providing administrative support for our staff

Specific skills we require are:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proven ability to write (writing samples will be requested) and perform light research

- Basic computer skills (Productivity software, operating systems, general digital marketing knowledge)

Hours:

10-15 total with Saturday as a consistent requirement.
