We are seeking a dedicated and professional Medical Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all callers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent customer service.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Utilize medical terminology to assist clients in understanding their inquiries related to healthcare services.
Perform data entry tasks accurately while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Analyze customer issues and provide timely resolutions or escalate as necessary.
Maintain a positive attitude while managing high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate proper phone etiquette to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share best practices.

Skills

Proficient in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
Strong understanding of medical terminology is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a medical office setting.
Ability to operate computerized systems efficiently for data entry and record management.
Strong analytical skills to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
Exceptional phone etiquette and professionalism in all interactions.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
