We are seeking a highly-skilled, highly-qualified RN with womens health experience, or a Medical Assistant with IVF coordination experience to join our rapidly growing team and provide an immediate impact by delivering excellent patient care. The IVF Coordinator will work closely with the physician to manage patients plan of care, assist with in-office procedures, and provide some first call coverage. Some fertility experience is preferred. A positive attitude, along with strong organizational, written and verbal skills is required. Job duties are as follows:

- Meet with patients to coordinate upcoming treatment plans for IVF and FET cycles, including: review of requirements, calendars, and medications

- Educate patients on IVF procedures, treatment protocols, medication, and injections

- Communicate with physician any patient related issues, ultrasound findings and lab results

- Schedule patients as needed to ensure completion of requirements for planned treatments

- Provide daily telephone calls/triage to patients informing of lab results, coordinating appointments, and communicating therapy changes

- Document office visits, telephone calls, emails, and lab results in a timely manner

- Assist physician/providers with ultrasounds and procedures, such as egg retrievals, embryo transfers, HSG's, Office Hysteroscopy, and Saline Infused Sonohysterograms, including weekend rotation.

- Prepare/Recover patients that undergo procedures including: Oocyte retrieval, Embryo Transfer, and Hysteroscopy

- Provide compassion and emotional support and counseling to patients throughout the IVF experience

- Other duties as assigned
