Competitive Salary: $105,000 - $118,000, based on your expertise, experience, and credentials.

Your Role: In this role, you will make a direct impact on the lives of our residents by:

Assessing and addressing patients' health needs holistically, from physical to emotional well-being.
Collaborating with primary care providers and creating tailored care plans.
Administering medications and treatments while independently performing skilled nursing techniques as needed.
Teaching and supporting patients and their families for a healthier, safer lifestyle.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience: 1+ years of clinical nursing in home health, acute care, medical-surgical, or critical care.
Licensure: Current NY State RN license and a valid drivers license.
