Despite my extensive managerial tenure, I remain actively involved in daily case management. My expertise spans training, troubleshooting, Total Quality Management (TQM), Continuous Medical Education (CME), implementation of advanced techniques, operational strategy enhancement, and policy formulation. In my role as a project manager, I oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff, establish operational policies, and develop short- and medium-term plans to meet quarterly, semi-annual, and annual targets.
