- Base Salary Range: $125,183 - $130,779 p.a (pro rata)
- In addition to base salary, this position attracts Superannuation, Leave Loading, Zone Allowance and once off Incidental Payment (conditions apply), Professional Development Allowance, and Salary Sacrificing Benefits (salary packaging).

About the Role:
As the Sunrise EMR Clinical Educator, you will use your clinical expertise and specialist knowledge to coordinate and deliver all education and training activities related to the Sunrise EMR system. Working closely with clinical and non-clinical managers, you will support a consistent, contemporary approach to EMR use and clinical documentation across FUNLHN. In this influential role, you will provide high-quality face-to-face and virtual training, champion change, and act as a key communication link for decisions and updates relating to Sunrise EMR. You will contribute to the development and review of courseware and training resources, ensure alignment with AQTF principles where possible, and provide expert advice on EMR-related policy and workflow improvements. This is an exciting opportunity to lead digital capability, support staff, and help drive safer, more efficient clinical documentation practices.

About You:
- Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife: Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse or Midwife by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
- Registered Nurse/Midwife with at least 3 years post registration experience.
- Significant experience and credibility in a nominated area or discipline.
- Must be currently working in a mid to senior level clinical or non-clinical role Experience as a leader or manager in the health care industry.
- Proven experience in the implementation of complex health care projects, especially in relation to information systems.
