We are seeking a kind, collaborative Registered Nurse or Midwife with recent acute neonatal experience to join our friendly, high-performing unit. Our team has been recognised as

About The Opportunity
You will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of nursing care, tailored to meet the diverse needs and expectations of each patient and their family.
In this role, you will provide safe, competent care aligned with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia standards, including neonatal resuscitation and emergency response. You will coordinate nursing interventions, promote breastfeeding, and supervise student midwives to support quality outcomes. With a strong focus on collaboration and continuous improvement, you will contribute to a multidisciplinary team that’s passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a real difference in the lives of families.

About You
- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Recent neonatal experience in an acute hospital setting.
- Passionate about providing safe, compassionate, and family centred care to (newborns) neonates and their families.
- Confident in your ability to respond to neonatal emergencies and perform resuscitation when required.
- Thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment where trust and communication are key.
- A strong advocate for breastfeeding support and parental education.
