At New Direction Fertility Centers, our mission is to combine compassion with cutting-edge reproductive technology — and we’re looking for a motivated Andrology/Endocrinology Technician to join our growing team in Henderson, Nevada.

What You’ll Do:Andrology Responsibilities
- Perform daily semen analyses and morphology assessments
- Prepare semen specimens for intrauterine inseminations (IUIs)
- Process and cryopreserve sperm and TESE/PESA samples
- Ensure quality control, quality assurance, and compliance with all lab standards
- Maintain and calibrate equipment and participate in proficiency testing
- Record, review, and report laboratory results with accuracy
- Communicate with patients regarding results and occasionally assist with scheduling
- Keep the andrology lab inspection-ready at all times
Endocrinology / Beckman Coulter Access 2 Analyzer Responsibilities
- Perform daily quality control and calibration of the Beckman Coulter Access 2
- Prepare serum specimens and accession patient samples
- Record, analyze, and review endocrine test results
- Maintain equipment, manage supply inventory, and ensure full regulatory compliance
What We’re Looking For:
- Associate’s degree (Medical Technology, Biology, Biochemistry, or related field)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze and interpret data
- 1+ year experience in andrology or high-complexity testing; Beckman Coulter immunoanalyzer experience preferred
- A team player who can also work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
