About the roleProvide advanced midwifery leadership and specialised research expertise within the Nursing and Midwifery Research Centre (NMRC), coordinating research projects, supporting grant applications, and fostering collaborative research to build capacity and improve clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate research projects, including protocol development, ethical and governance approvals, and grant submissions.
* Provide mentorship and specialised research training to midwives and clinicians, promoting evidence-based practice.
* Collaborate with academic partners and stakeholders to build research capacity and identify funding opportunities.
* Publish research findings, monitor outcomes, and lead quality improvement initiatives aligned with Good Clinical Practice standards.
