Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Urologist, located in Lubbock, TX. The Urologist will diagnose and treat conditions related to the urinary tract and male reproductive system. Responsibilities include performing urological procedures, providing consultations, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, managing patients’ surgical and post-operative care, and ensuring the highest standards of care. The Urologist will also educate patients and families on treatment plans and actively contribute to improving outcomes for patients.
Qualifications
- Board certification or eligibility in Urology
- Proficiency in diagnosing and treating urological conditions
- Skill in performing urological procedures and surgeries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient education and collaboration
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-focused care
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- State of Texas medical license or ability to obtain one
- Experience in robotic or minimally invasive urological surgery is a plus
