Active WA license or eligible for a WA license
Ability to offer ongoing availability
Minimum of 1 year clinical experience
Benefits and Compensation
Pay Range (Hourly Pay): $2500/per clinic day
Health Insurance: Pediatrix does not offer health insurance for team members in a Per Diem role
Per Diem: Defined as team members who are scheduled as needed and not on a consistent basis
Other Benefits: Sick Pay Bank; Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Retirement Benefits: Pediatrix does not offer retirement benefits for team members in a Per Diem role
Paid Time Off: Pediatrix does not offer paid time off for team members in a Per Diem role
Paid Sick Leave:
Provided to team members in Washington under Initiative 1433
Team members who do not accrue PTO are eligible to receive Washington Paid Sick and Safe Leave “PSSL” time in a lump sum
Per Diem team members will accrue one hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked
Accrual begins upon hire; usage starts on the 90th day of employment
No annual cap on accrual; up to 108 hours of unused paid sick leave may carry over to the following year
Note: The company will not pay team members for unused sick leave upon termination of employment
