Experience –
Minimum 2+ years of experience in handling HR Activities / HR Generalist.
Immediate Joinees will be preferred.
Job Role
- HR Generalist activities
- HR Operations – Issuing Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, complete joining formalities and documentation
- Payroll Data Management
- Maintain and manage employee records, attendance records and leave records
- Employee Engagement Activities
- Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
- Exit Formalities
- Managing the Office Administration
- Handling other HR Activities on regular basis
Working Hours – Monday to Friday – 9:30 am to 6:30 pm &
half days on Saturday
Compensation – Raise as per the Industry norms [
