Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate OB/GYN Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to women throughout their reproductive health journey, including pregnancy, childbirth, and gynecological health. The OB/GYN Nurse will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status, including medical history and physical examinations.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist in various procedures, including catheterization and prenatal care.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, reproductive health, and prenatal education.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans for patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems such as eClinicalWorks.
- Provide support and guidance to patients with disabilities or those requiring assisted living services.
- Stay informed about current practices in obstetrics and gynecology, including ICD-9 coding for billing purposes.
Requirement:
- 1+ years experience
- NY license in hand
- BLS, ACLS, NRP required
- Prefer fetal monitoring certification but not required

Pay: $75.00 - $77.00 per hour
